Key structure now, often, and always (simple present & present continous)

Simple present

To tell daily activity/ habit, or general statement.

S + V1 s/es + O

Often and always

Example :
1. I never get up early on Sundays.
2. I sometimes stay in bed until lunch time.
3. Do you always get up so late ?
4. He rarely gets up before 10 o'clock.
5. We frequently have lunch at this restaurant.
6. Do you ever read in bed ?



Present continous

To tell something in progress.

S + to be + Ving + O

Now

Example :
1. It's raining.
2. I'm coming to see you.
3. I'm still having breakfast.
4. He's still sleeping.
5. We are enjoying our lunch.
6. I am reading in bed.
